Researchers at the institute found that nearly half of those under the age of 20 who died from the coronavirus had no underlying health problems. In terms of age, 8 people were less than 12 months old and 6 people were between one and four years old. 12 others were between five and eleven years of age and 3 were between twelve and nineteen years of age. Of these individuals, 15, or nearly half, had no chronic disease, while 2 of the 15 eligible individuals had received the vaccine twice. At the time of admission to medical institutions, 79 percent of them were suffering from fever, 52 percent complained of nausea and vomiting and 45 percent were in a state of semi-consciousness due to brain damage, experts said. Among those without a long-term illness, the symptoms of semi-unconsciousness, vomiting and tetanus were most common due to brain involvement. According to the researchers, 73 percent of the 26 people died less than a week after the onset of symptoms.

Dengue is out of control in different cities of the country, 2 more people lost their lives in Karachi

Karachi: Dengue has become uncontrollable in different cities of the country, the killer mosquito killed 2 more people in Karachi.

According to the details, hospitals have been filled with dengue patients all over the country, cases are also increasing in Karachi and two lives were swallowed by a poisonous mosquito in South and Malir districts during the last 24 hours.

The Sindh Health Department says that dengue is spreading rapidly in Karachi, 324 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, 2500 dengue cases have been reported so far this month.

According to the Sindh Health Department, 2,469 cases of dengue have been reported so far in September, while the number of people who have died from dengue has increased to 11.

Another 179 people were infected by dengue mosquito in Islamabad, dengue attacks have started increasing in Punjab including Lahore, 191 more dengue patients were confirmed in Rawalpindi, Lahore and Gujranwala.

According to the health secretary, 191 dengue cases were reported from Punjab, 84 from Rawalpindi, 60 from Lahore and 10 from Gujranwala.

During this year, 3288 dengue patients have been reported in Punjab, 1337 cases of dengue have been reported from Lahore during this year, while 4 people have died due to dengue fever this year.
