 ۔بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق ممبئی ہائی کورٹ کی جانب سے مقرر کیے گئے ثالث نے دکن چارجز کے حق میں فیصلہ سناتے ہے   بورڈ کو 4800 کروڑ روپے بطور جرمانہ دکن چارجز کو دینے کا فیصلہ سنا دیا۔   بھارتی کرکٹ بورڈنے دکن چارجرز کو معطل کر کےسن رائزرز کو ٹیم دیدی تھی   جس پر دکن چارجز نے ممبئی ہائیکورٹ سے رجوع کرتے ہوئے   فیصلے کو چیلنج کیا تھا ۔   یہ تنازع 2012 سے جاری تھا جس کا فیصلہ سنا دیا گیا ہے   ..، فیصلے کے تحت بھارتی بورڈ کو ستمبر 2020 تک جرمانہ کی ادائیگی کا پابند بنایا گیا ہے   ..  ۔بھارتی میڈیا کا کہنا ہے کہ بی سی سی آئی کاممبئی ہائی کورٹ میں جرمانےکافیصلہ چیلنج کرنے کا امکان ہے ,. اور اس سلسلے میں مشارت 

جاری ہے۔

The Indian board has been fined Rs 4,800 crore for suspending the Indian Premier League team. According to Indian media, the arbitrator appointed by the Mumbai High Court has ruled in favor of the Deccan charges. The board has been fined Rs 4,800 crore. The Indian Cricket Board (ICB) had suspended the Deccan Chargers and handed over the team to the Casey Risers, on which the Deccan Charges had challenged the decision in the Mumbai High Court. The controversy has been going on since 2012 and the decision has been announced. Under the ruling, the Indian board has been required to pay the fine by September 2020. Indian media say the BCCI is likely to challenge the fine in the Mumbai High Court and consultations are ongoing.
