According to media reports, James Howells, a 35-year-old IT engineer from Newport Wales, took part in cryptocurrency in 2009 and accidentally threw away a bitcoin hard drive while cleaning his office in 2013. James Howells says he had 7,500 bitcoins that would be worth up to 28 280 million today.
